A support-agreement covers guidance and advicing on future IT-aspects of your organization, based on regularly visits and systems maintenance onsite.

The agreement can cover support and maintenance of your servers and workstations. These are the vital parts of your it-structure.

All routines and areas of responsibility will be decided individually based on your equipment and financial position.

No matter how big agreement you involves with, your organization will be paired with a dedicated employee. You will always be supported by a person with deep knowledge to your it-components.

Choose between the following standard agreements, or call us for an agreement that suits your demands:

Weekly visit - 3 hours - for Workstations (B-Services). Monthly DKK 9.950,- + VAT.
Weekly visit - 3 hours - for Servers (A-Services). Monthly DKK 13.450,- + VAT.

Prices includes transportation for our technician in Zone 1 and 2 (Copenhagen). Time consumption exceeding the agreement will be charged by a hourly rate equal to the price stated on our "25 hours Clip-cards".

IvanKastrup.dk can supply you with a "Clip-card" with 25 hours of services. Just call us whenever a problem occurs!
The major reason to buying a "Clip-card" is to save time on administration. When saving time on administration, you save money!

The more "Clips/Hours" you buy, the cheaper it is.

IvanKastrup.dk offers two types of "Clip-cards" respectively 10, 25 or 50 "Clips/Hours" - depending on what types of jobs you need the support for. "Clip-Card A" is for server-support, and "Clip-Card B" is for support on Workstations.
